What areas do you look at for development projects?

Why do you convert buildings rather than just knock down and rebuild?
Converting an existing building causes less disruption to the area during the works and is faster to complete. Historic buildings often have lots of character worth keeping.
If we have land or a building that we are looking to sell, can we contact you?
Yes, if you own the building and are interested in selling then we can look at acquiring it from you.
Are you open to taking on new team members?
Yes, we work with a variety of professionals and look to have several of each on board in order to cover the diverse range of projects we consider.
Do you look at purchasing vacant plots of land?
We look at land development where planning permission is already in place or is likely to be achieved. These projects tends to have longer time horizons if planning permission has to be obtained.
Do you have spaces available for investment?
We work with a panel of private investors and provide fixed % returns. If you’re interested to invest in a project then please get in touch.
